I sold a customer a G90 a year ago to China, and he's now setting it up. He tries to get into the RGB input, but gets a message on screen that says 'master switcher not existing'.

I know I've seen this before, but it's been over a year, and I can't remember what to push or set on the keypad to get rid of this message, and to enable the RGB input.

Help?

Two things according to the G90 user manual:

First press the Video button and then input A.
I think the toggle switch Switcher/Index could have to do with it too.
Further then that I can't tell because I don't own a G90
