OK guys, I'm doing an annual road trip, from Vancouver to New Mexico and back. I'll probably take 10 days or so, I've done round trip to Colorado last year in 6.
Flight (driving) plan is undetermined as of yet, I will stop by and see Dragan for sure (hey Dragan, am I invited?)
I'll be picking up a couple of projectors on the way, anyone wanna meet up?
I need to be in NM somewhere around the 11th of July...
Quickly looking at Mapquest, I might head throgh Nevada, go see Tim in Scottsdale, then over to NM, then up to Yellowstone, all depending on timing, money, and my Rav 4.
Anyways, post here if you're interested in meeting up, and I'll see if I can't formulate some kind of plan.
<edit> yeah, it's the middle of tourist season, so I guess I need a definitive plan...

That is right around the 4th. You might have more traffic than normal. Not sure where I will be, but if I am out that way then we can get together.

I might leave on the 4th so I can handle the Seattle traffic. More concerned about the drunks on the road.

Hey Curt
I'm thinking Las Vegas and also I wanna see Hoover Dam. I wouldn't be caught dead in a strip (o)(o) club; besides, they don't allow dead people in
If you want to shoot down to Scottsdale also, that's cool.

I will be in the little town of South Fork, Co. at that time visiting our land. It's about 4 hours North of Taos and 5 hours South of Denver. Not much around but fly fishing, golf, 4 wheeling and hiking but I can take you to a nice dinner at the Club House if your by that way.

Thanks Ray, will do!
What it looks like is that Craig Rounds, Tim and I will meet up either in Scottsdale somewhere around the 11th, and then I'll head over to Albuquerque around the 12th, to be there on the 13th. At least that's a tentative schedule right now.

Near Kirtland AFB. Been 20 years since I ate there, but it looks like it's still there.

I'm afraid, very afraid. Remember, I did nothing to you on the bar tour 3 years ago with Cliffy.

UPDATE: Looks like I'm heading down the coast at the beginning of July, then shooting to Tim's in Scottsdale from the LA area. I was originally heading through Idaho, but plans have changed.
If anyone wants to meet up on the west coast, let me know.
