I'm not a fan of electric because you never get a really good image. IIRC that tiger direct one is only barely a step up from your current.
I don't know about the ebay, but I'm dubious.
If you can handle fixed and a little DIY, you should do a DW screen. Less than $150 and I've not seen a better performing screen under about $1500. I've been sold since I get rid of my dalite and replaced it with a 3.25:1 curved DW screen. I doubt I will ever use anything else.
Depending upon your set up, you could make something like a "flip down" screen with the DW and get the advantages of a pull down.

Holy Crap Dave....3.25:1 that's wide!
I too don't like roll downs unless you really need it, and ones that have tensioning can be very expensive. It will probably have waves that can be very annoying.
Next time I DYI think I'm going with Seymour Screen Material....Its very reasonably priced and AT to boot.

Roll down screens ? 
Never saw a really flat one...
Stewart makes the best fixed frame screens I've seen. Used should be fine though pricey when new. 1.3 gain works best w/CRT IMO.

you mean the wilson art material? is that stuff basically Formica? theres different thicknesses arnt there?

Yes there is vertical grade and horizontal or countertop grade. They are of different thicknesses.
