Nope - did not come with one, nor is there an IR receiver on the unit so it's not possible to buy an aftermarket one for it. Trust me - I tried. I just retired mine after 22 years of constant, consitant, almost flawless service - only issue I had was some static when changing the volume - started about about 15 years in and got it fixed cheap. But I digress.... Love this unit and looking forward to re-purposing it somehow, but wanted a new, modern a/v system with modern conveniences like, among other things, surround sound, hdmi, and the ability to change the volume while seated comfortably on my couch (i.e. a remote control!)
