I recently purchased the HDFury3 and hooked up my Sony Blu-Ray Player. When I play a Blu-Ray Disk I have a perfect picture and sound to my Mitsubishi 65" rear projection TV. If I play a DVD on the Blue-Ray player I have a great picture and NO SOUND. Is it the HDFury3, BlueRay Player, or TV? I also have a Sony DVD Upscaler player and it works fine for picture and sound. Any leads would be helpful.

If you're running the audio into the TV, my guess would be that you're using two-channel analog (red/white connectors) out of the HD Fury.

In that case, if the Blu-ray audio is working, then it's likely set to output PCM audio, while it's outputting Dolby Digital or DTS for DVD, which the HD Fury can't decode. Try going into the BD player's setup menu and change the DVD audio from "bistream" or "DD/DTS" to "PCM".

Or, if your setup is different than what I described, give is some detail on exactly what cables you're using and which inputs those cables are connected to.
