Last night the wife and I watched iron Man in the theater. While watching the movie and trying to enjoy it as much as the wife was, I kept getting all analytical and what not. The scene that stands out this morning is the one in which a tank operated by the bad guy is able to shoot Iron Man out of the sky while he is in flight and not hovering.
Anyone amazed at this 3rd world terrorist technology? I mean, when you add to the fact Iron Man had difficulty getting away from a pair of F22's I have to wonder if the terrorist tank could have easily shot the F22's out of the sky. In fact, I was so impressed I thought I might want to join the team of those guys.

Just watch the movie for what it is............it will be MORE enjoyable.
Do you remember the Gregory Peck film "Mackenna's Gold" specifically towards the end when the shadow of Spirit Rock (I think) gets bigger with sunrise? Now that's bad!

I did enjoy the movie the first time I watched it, but that was during the period I didn't have a theater/projector setup. Watching it again, knowing the premise/story, it allowed me to notice other things. It is just unfortunate that those things seem so unreal as to make you stand up an wonder.
For instance, what good is it for a Jericho missile to have all that awesomeness if a terrorist-affordable/equipped tank can shot them out of the sky? And no one inquired about that!?!
