HDFury3 No Audio

Hello to the BrainTrust:

I can not get analog or digital audio from the HDFury3

I have a
SA 8240HDC cable box STB
AppleTV Gen 2
Kenwood VR505
3.5/RCA analog cable
Optical cable with 3.5 mini adapter for HDFury3

I have used both cables and switched switched A/D settings on both STB and RCVR accordingly. No audio. From the STB to RCVR directly, audio works.

I would like to add the AppleTV to the mix and use the HDFury3 audio breakout.

Any suggestions?
