This one has me stumped.
I have a Barco Data 808s with EHT as I can hear the crackle on start up and shut down
but I have nothing on the tube face at all. Not even the ABL lines
If I turn the G2's up then still nothing

Tubes are glowing and I have no warning lights
Any ideas?

Check the red light on the EHT board. THe set could be going into HV shutdown mode even though you hear it come up.

No red light on the EHT card and I hear the crackle when it shuts down too.
It's as if no EHT is reaching the tubes........

Hmm as I type this could it be the splitter?

No, I don't think so. This could be almost any board in the set.

-power supply
-H board
-V board
- H shift board
-video boards
-SMPS

If you have no red scan fail light, then I'd assume it's most likely not the H or V boards.
