If anyone is intersted.

Home Depot has the Gemmy 12 Ft. Diagonal Widescreen Airblown Deluxe Movie Screen (39127-32) for $197 - $99 off with coupon code SDMS6 + $11 shipping = $110 shipped. Fast-inflating screen features a 16:9 aspect ratio and measures 12' x 12' with a 144" diagonal screen. Includes stakes, tethers, and fan. Great for summer parties; friends not included. Great for showing Thriller for the trick or treaters...

just curious, anyone ever try this with a CRT? I'm assuming the setup time kills the idea, but I thought it would be cool to have like a movie night under the stars in the summer time.

I have once with one of the little old Sony CRTs. I think this is more for the digital backup or borrowing the work projector

Mine arrived the other day. I plan on setting it up tonight or tomorrow night and doing a movie night for my son and a couple of his friends.

(I can't take credit for this post, someone PMed me this one liner, but didn't dare post it. I have no shame, so I did! Wink)

OMG, that is funny. I can't help but picture a hilarious photo of a bunch of blowup dolls all with their "O" face watching something, um, well, you know, on the blowup screen. Awesome!!!

Oh and by the way Curt. I will be returning them to you very soon. I'm sick of hearing the same thing from the bunch of them in unison. O Curt, O Curt, O Curt. Put those funky glasses back on and lick me. Laughing
