I was wondering if the use of two different pattern discs makes a difference when calibrating a monitor. I just did a re-cal and I found some significant differences in greyscale and color gamut. I used GetGrey first and got good results. I then used the AVS HD 709 disc to re-cal the monitor and got way better greyscale results but not as good color gamut. Can I use the two different readings ie, use the greyscale from AVS and color gamut from GetGrey? Appreciate any help. Thanks.

I did use both discs and improved my color gamut. Getting the better greyscale with the AVS disc made adjusting my color gamut much easier even though I used the GetGrey disc for the gamut. I just ran a basic greyscale cal using AVS HD 709 and then a color gamut cal using GetGrey. Worked out fine. One question though. I'm not being able to save reports in CalMan Color Pro. I hit save but the reports disappear somewhere. Any suggestions? Thanks.
