Anyone know how to put the G90 into simulation mode. I read the notes with firmware 1.11 today and it says:

• H LIN BIAS

• V BOW BIAS
• H S-curve BIAS |
I would really like to mess around with the H LIN BIAS as this is a problem on some G90's including the one I have in my own theater. I didn't even know there was an H LIN BIAS in the G90. Does anyone know how to access it???

Probably wouldn't be printed in the manual if it's a feature new with the firmware upgrade. Maybe someone at Boeing or Greg Eismann knows about this?

No. It is not in any Sony document I have.

Neither Boeing nor Greg know very much about G90's.

Well, for those of you who use "Factory Mode," the "Simulation Mode" will be nothing new. The two modes have the same adjustments. The only difference is that when you're in simulation you don't overwrite factory data. If you ever go from simulation to regular mode, the simulation mode data goes back to factory data and is lost.
Oh well, nothing new.

Oh, and when you go from simulation back to regular mode all the calibration data is lost and the back up defaults are loaded. So you loose your Dallas chip data and default setup.
I knew this would happen, so I pulled and coped the Dallas chip before I started messing with the YA board. When I went back from Simulation mode to regular mode, I just pulled the Dallas chip again and wrote the back up back to the chip... so I wouldn't have to redo anything.
