Dear all

I have two different versions of the neck board for my Marquee. I need a little help to know which one to mount.

03-270-339-01p Issue 4 (from my original 9500LC)

or

01-260338-1p Issue 6 (from a 8500LC Ultra)

The rest of the projector will be an Ultra.

Kind regards, Claus

Hello

The 338 is likely set for slightly lower beam limiting, but I doubt that you would see any difference in normal operation between the two. Mount it for red if you have any concerns.

The difference is the cut out in the PCB for the key socket of the tube i believe , use the one that you dont have to cut the tube socket key or cut the PCB for.

TV/Projector: 9500LC Ultra / Super 02 and 03 VIM

Both will fit your 9500, and depending on the condition of them, they're perform the same.

The only difference is that one has a CRT key for 9" tubes only. And that one (for the 9" tube) would allow a harder beam drive before blanking out.

But for HT use, you'll never need to worry about reaching that point on either of them, so use the set that's is in the best condition.

How would someone know which one is in the best condition? If it works it's in good condition right ? Or is there a way for testing them outside of the machine?
