I'm still at a loss on this 4:4:4: 4:4:2: 16-235, 0-255 thing.
Which one of these settings will be the one that does not need to be converted in Blu-ray to a MOOME card.
My chain is as follows> Sony BDs550 {set currently to} 16-235> 30ft HDMI >Moome V-2 card [gamma at 25 turns and set to 16-235 also.]
Is there a conversion going on and if so what is converting what.
And what about Button "C" Black boost on the Moome card> I haven't tried that yet.
My picture looks great, so it's not like I have a problem, rather that I would like to know what is the purist signal to send.

i think you`re currently running the best setup as the moome card has a better convertor then the blue ray player.
has better filtering too i assume.
