I am trying to set up my spare BG808 to do some testing in preparation for the installation of newer tubes in my main projector and discovered the following problem with my backup machine. I am having some image tearing (if that is the right word) on input 4/5 only. Both the internal grid patterns and a grid pattern sent in on input 1 appear correct but anything that I display on 4/5 comes in with tearing on all 3 tubes. Here are a couple of pictures of the red tube. Forgive the quality of the pictures.

Internal Grid

External Grid

I am using the same device, an LG Upscaling DVD player, as the source for both port 1 and 4/5 testing. The 4/5 testing uses an HDFury 1 / BUF2000 combination to get the HDMI signal to the projector. This same setup works fine on my other projector.

Any guesses on which card(s) might be causing the problem?

Never mind - guess i should have double checked things before posting. When selecting input 5 vs. 4 everything is as it should be.
