Hi all,

i decided to go with a hushbox around my ears. The wireless Sennheiser RS170 model has perfect sound and i cannot hear my BR909 anymore Mr. Green

Anyone else checked out this set ? Bass boost and surround sound also on board !

I love it to watch movies after 10pm Wink

I usually watch with headphones on. I'm not the inconsiderate neighbour like I use to be.

Plus it hides the noise from the 5 fans.

Of all the reviews I've read for fans these seem to be the best and the price is great:

I'll eventually swap the fans in the 4500 and we'll see how the 1200x is when it gets here! Thumbs Up

This could be a genius move! I hate the noise of crt projectors...but if these headphones sound good, could be a great solution for me!

From what I can tell the surround sound must be emulated as it's just a standard 3.5mm jack for the input... I guess it would be impossible to get the definition required for true surround sound out of headphones...

NO I'm talking about the one in the balcony door, the one beside me blowing on me, the one aimed at the PS3, the one sitting atop the Ampro for extra power supply cooling and the one in the far room drawing hot air out of here.

It's a balmy 87 F in here right now. So I have to cool it down before I fire up the CRT/bluray/HTPC's/monitors etc...

I like it tropical. The temperature goes good with the RUM. Thumbs Up

Likewise, I just can't afford the real thing or let alone create it at home right now. 21.5C here now, inside, outside it's -3. Ditto on the rum, sounds like a plan right now!

Nice head set, just not the price for me. Luckily the apartment is insulated well. Thumbs Up
