I was given two CadCam projectors. One has perfect tubes but the controls don't work and the focus knob poles are broken Sad The second has perfectly working focus pole knobs but the red and blue are toast, the green refuses to show a picture.

Can I swap the tubes out of the broken set with minty tubes to the set with proper controls but toast tubes? I can't figure out how to remove the tubes. There's wires that won't disconnect. The inside is a complete rat's nest. It's nothing like my Dwin! I thought Electrohome ECP based sets were supposed to be modular? This thing looks like the controls were used on the TOS Enterprise with captain Kirk.

I want to hook this bad boy up to a computer and play Mame at 60"x45". I tested the machine with the minty tubes, it showed a very sharp picture with only one color on at a time. Not anywhere near my Dwin, but close to what my Dwin does once converged. Meaning that comparing one tube color focused, the Dwin blew it away. Still the CadCam was pretty good for being free and will definitely work for playing video games on the equivalent of a 75" diagonal vs the standard 19" one at arcades, I can't complain.
