This is about connected a computer monitor to a graphics card.
I have a Dual-Link HDCP supporting graphics card (nvidia geforce 295), but a non-HDCP monitor (Samsung XL30 / Lacie 730) running at 2500x1600.
I'd like to find a way that I can get a HDCP stripper into the chain. Changing the monitor is out of the question, since the panel is a one-of-a-kind RGB LED backlit 30", and is no longer made. From what I'm reading, a MUX-HD would be what I want, but that only supports HDMI 1.2 up to 1080p. Is that correct?
Are there any plans to bring out something capable of stripping HDCP at full 2500x1600 as supported by HDMI 1.3?
Failing that, is there a DL-DVI - analogue converter capable of stripping HDCP, and then a second box by another manufacturer which can convert analogue to DL DVI? I've taken a look at offerings from startech, gefen, atlona and spatztech and I can't see anything applicable.

I've never seen anything. It's odd that they would HDCP that. Dual link is usually reserved for high res PC stuff. Since todays standard is 1080p I don't think anyone's thought of making a box to strip the HDMI for a dual link connection.
You should contact Moome directly ( he's the maker of the Mux-HD ) maybe he can do a custom 1 off box for you but it would take a while and it wouldn't be cheap.
