My old man has the 720p version. It's pretty damn slick. The video quality is damn good for something not much bigger than a tube of lipstick (OK, it's twice that diameter, but still...)

The only bad thing... My dad ruined a 45-minute long video. He's not sure, but he thinks he forgot to stop the recording before he switched the power off with the hard power switch. He ended up with a big video file (1GB?) like there should have been, but it was corrupt and unplayable. I tried, but I couldn't recover it. Ooops!

I didn't know the story behind the company or anything about it, though... Neat!

There were a couple guys on my last fishing trip that worked for GoPro. They were testing some new waterproof 1080p helmet cams. They have some really nice stuff.
