My point was though, by linking to other auctions/sales of CRT projectors, you're not assisting my business, in fact, you're taking away from it, which is why I deleted it. I also sent an email to the seller, but saw that before it was posted here.

Nah, this is worse, this is dealing with a gov't agency. They f*ck*** up bigtime, we met up in court on Weds (had to come in from camping to go in front of a judge), and the judge found in my favor. Big f*cking deal though, the judge refused to hear the rest of my claims against the gov't, saying I needed to get more legal advice. f*ck the judges, f*ck all the gov't workers (an oxymoron in itself), and f*ck large corporations.

I swear, if I ran my projector business the way the gov't ran their, never mind mindless large corporations where an individual is just a damn number, I'd be bankrupt.

How can a lawyer representing a gov't agency not read the damn file, not know anything about the case, then waste a court's time as well as mine, then say to the judge 'oh, your honor, in light of the new facts (not new, she just didn't read the f*cking case ahead of time), we'd like to withdraw our claim on Mr Palme), and then walk away scott free?

It was really tempting to tell the judge that the damn lawyer attacked me in the parking lot of the courthouse, and based on zero evidence, I wanted the lawyer arrested, but of course, noooo, I had to keep my cool and say nothing. f*ck them all.

Am I making myself clear? Very Happy

What I'm doing now is getting some legal advice from a judge and some lawyers, and I'll file a complaint at the bar association against the lawyer, and I'm going to the head of the gov't organization to also file a complaint. Once I get it all resolved, I'll post for all to see. Right now I'm f*cking livid.

BTW, I was told once by the cops that it's better to insinuate a threat rather than actually threatening, as in....

'I'll send some friends over to see you' rather than 'I'm taking an ice pick to your forehead'.

An implied threat can't be arrested over, as you didn't come out and say you'd send a Hell's Angel over to see you, it could be a friend wanting to borrow some coffee.. Smile

Looks like the Vision One is off Videgone, so it must be sold or from all the interest he's going to raise the price!! IF he does he's an idiot. I hate people who put something for sale at a certain price then after they get tons of e-mails don't respond to any and raise the price. that just burns me up!!!!
