I just finished cutting my bellows lose and rotating the frame 90° and the best thing I found was some polyurethane epoxy. I bought it at McMaster Carr. It's flexible and bonds great to the rubber. On the package it says Double/Bubble Urethane made by Royal Adhesives & Sealants, LLc Belleville, NJ 07109 973-751-3000 website www.hardmanadhesives.com

Is there glycol leaks over boards? Glycol will cause shorts in boards...

If there isn't that big bubble in tube that cause reflections to screen, it doesn't matter.

If bubble cause reflection that can be seen in screen, you can remove convection tube from top and push bellows to fill that small air bubble and connect convection tube same time.
