Sheesh, I hope I remembered the brand correctly. Smile

I was at an a/v install in Whistler BC yesterday, and the customer had a touchpad remote control in conjunction with a bunch of stuff in the rack. Since the original installation in about 2000, the customer has added an HD receiver and now I've added a BR player. THe remote needs to be reprogrammed to add the new hardware. Does anyone know of this brand, or is it a relabel of something else? It seemed to work fine, I've just never seen it before.

Thanks!

RDI doesn't sound familiar to me at all. I bought some re-branded AMX stuff on fleabay a year or two ago... It was AMX hardware, but was re-branded with a teleconference manufacturer's company identity. Can't remember the name, but it wasn't RDI I don't think.

I can't find anything obvious in a google search, either. I wonder if it was the original installer's branding or something on AMX or Crestron equipment. Who else makes system control/automation hardware besides AMX and Crestron (that anybody uses)?

Ya know, that could well be. The controller in the rack was very AMX looking. Gotta head back up there next week, I'll take some pix. I might just put in one of the touchpad remotes from the site here rather than mess with the AMX stuff. Thanks for that!

Could it be RTI?
