Hi
I have sony vph-1252q and i saw your post back in march of 2008 regarding convert mounting remote to wireless remote, you have mentioned of removing q3, q4, r7, r8, r9, r31,D2, D3 from RM-PJ1044 to the 1270 mount remote, I try to make my mount remote that came with vph-1252q and found those parts are missing as you mentioned but i don't have the Rm-Pj1044 so can you please tell me what the transistor q3, q4 part number(like 2nxxxx or 2scxxx) is? Also the ir emitter D2, D3 is it a normal clear 5mm ir led?

Thank you very much
Sam

Q3 and Q4 2sc2712 (standard Replacement : BC 547)

Yes they are clear 5mm

Please note if you do not have the 3,5mm Jack control S connector.

A wire-bridge has to be made between two points which are normally covered by the 3,5mm Jack control S connector.

see the attached pic thin red wire.
