hi, received external "EXT-FULLHD:UNIVERSAL HDMI 1.3 TO RGB CONVERTER" box (fri mar 20/09) and have attempted to connect:-bell 6100 hd sat (dvi-1 to hdmi cable)-->"EXT-FULLHD"-->(vga 15 to 25)-->1031Q, ===picture "ROLLING" (as if "vertical hold" adj incorrect), reconnected "no name" game transcoder("component" cable to "vga out") and no rolling, "manual" that came with ext box shows "dip" switch settings for neg sync--box received "different" than manual, on line manual shows box received (has "button" for h-shift, rather than internal "jumper") uses "dip" switches for "different" functions--??, i think "rolling" problem is related to "neg sync" issue but not sure, how do i now set for neg ("dip" settings for sw 1 & 2 now show "not used" in manual)---????

please see the online manual, besides the new type EXT has no SYNC function.
if it is necessary,you can return it to me and i will upgrade to you.

so i connected an extron 109 sync converter and the picture quit "rolling" but now i have to move "dip" switch # 4 to "up" position then push sel button every time i power up a source device or the picture is "split"(up-down)---do you have a version that will work for me--???

after you reset the shift, please do function 1 or 2 to let EXT remember the shift value~
