lumagen hdp problems

i have some problems setting up my system
its lumagen hdp into a moome card and a9500lc ultra
the sources is
ps3
xbox360
tvix
dvhsplayer
a ioneeer dvdplayer
and a sattelitreciver

i want to use the the following resolution
1080p
1440x960p/72
144ox864/75

the biggest problem is my 360(component)
the picture is shown to the left and then i move to the center
my sources on the other input changes to
aint the settings invudel to the input?
and nr two my picture from dvd gets vey small and then i change the picturesice the resulutin change to?

what settings ar you other people use?

ps and one more thing i i can only get one of the two component inputs to worke

You need to use the independent outputs function to store a different out put, the default of the lumagen is to use the same output globally unless you change it. its in the manual, its been so long i cant recall off hand how to set it up.
