They are actually decent guys, If you e-mail them directly they usually lower their prices, or just make them an offer. I have gotten a few parts from them.
I think they also watch this forum as he inquired about my Sony pin out mod on the VNB and now when he is selling 1292 tubes he states that sony MEX tubes can be used on a marquee with a neck board mod. I bet if he sells them he sends documentation of my mod.

Yes I would agree they are good guys. I have made an offer on parts and we reached a lower price. I would agree though that the initial prices are nuts especially with no ongoing warranty.
