I have replaced my main speakers that had large woofers with those that have smaller woofers. Now I have the need for a subwoofer. I have RCA line-level sub out's on my AV receiver and on the sub. I have a unused RG-6 quad shield cable running from my rack to the location of the sub. Can I add RCA adapters to that cable and use it to drive the sub? Also, it's in the same pipe that my RGBHV lines are in. Is there any chance that it might cause a problem.

Really I've been looking at buying a cable long enough to make it to my sub up front. Heck I've got a roll of RG6 in my closet. I was just at Menards and seen you can get a Bnc end for the rg6!

We have box full of adapters that go from RG6 to RCA or BNC, or both. Very handy. The cable is decent and cheap.
