What is an 01p VIM? New or old?

This board has the CLC409'and AD834 (500mhz) and if you notice, it does not have the clamp op-amps on the first stage.
They had real problems with the very first two VIM's. And this one here is the absolute worst. Not sure what they were thinking to not use clamping on the first stage.
This board came in a very low hour Marquee 9500LC Ultra that replaced another 9500LC Ultra in an install. Not sure how it got in there, but once I fired the set up and got into the image setup, It did not take me long to notice that there was something wrong with the image.
I now have a 9500LC Ultra (w/new tubes) here that I'm working on, and when I get it up and running, it's back to the screenshots for me..
