Guys!

One of my customers is having issues with the Moome external HDMI converter just received; about eight percent of the right side of the image is missing when fed a test pattern from his BluRay at 1080p. His system is a Marquee 9500, set to short retrace, blanking is zero, Blu-Ray player is Samsung BDP-1500, test disc is Video Essentials HD, and the Blu-Ray by component out works fine thru a Faroudja video processor. The Moome setup guide describes an optional H Phase trimmer inside on the circuit board, but the trimmer was not installed as promised. The missing pixels were not revealed by adjusting H Phase in the Marquee.

Has anyone seen or overcome such a problem, or is it inherent in the timings using 1080p with the Moome?
