Is there a single internal frequency for the Marquee that is best for video or should I be using different frequencies for different sources?

The internal frequencies are really only there to help converge your PJ to a known similar external frequency if you don't have a grid pattern you can use from your source. It also helpful for diagnosing problems on your boards using a scope or multi meter( like testing the band switch from the clm to the FCM ,HDM,and VDM). For 1080p i use #5. It doest matter were you leave it because it switches automatically to your external source frequency once its in use.

Hello
The 31khz internal dot pattern lets you see larger dots for stig and flare alignments, but you do not need to "set" a frequency for anything.
