That label thats being shown is the power supply info. The projector is actually a VPH-1251/71Q.

I agree. Looks like a 12xx in a special chassis for rear projection. It looks to me like it was designed for a particular enclosure, or at least a fixed screen size as the toe-in looks built in to the chassis (non-adjustable). You can tell by the toe-in it was designed for a pretty small screen.
Anybody ever heard of those Delta 98 lenses? All I could find googling was a bunch of Oldsmobile stuff.
