You might want to ask in the HTPC forum but anyway. What video card are you using? I tinkered all weekend with an Nvidia 9800GT trying to get scan rates in multiples of 23.976hz with no luck. So I'm going back to ATI. The problem with ATI is the driver I was using will not allow PowerDVD to stretch far enough for the aspect ratio program to work correctly. ATI did just released Catalyst 9.1 so I will install the ATI card back into the HTPC and test with the new driver.

Powerstrip and Mikes masking software would be a good start ( again see the stickey in the HTPC forum ).

Hey Mike, I have the integrated gpu mother board Ati chipset, AMD 780g chipset, so far everything has been superstable with xp and sp3 installed. Hopefully ati will sort it all out.
