|
|
I have tried to watch Batman The Darknight, has anyone else seen the video as choppy? It's like watching a fast timelapse video. I tried 3 other movies and all is fine on playback. It's just this disk.
Maybe I just got a bad pressing of the disk?

Changes aspect ratio (GRR) but plays fine. I do have the Aussie version though.

Yeah I think I got a lemon of a disk. I'll return it to Blockbuster for an exchange ( and they better have one in stock! )
Thanks guys...

Pretty unlikely a bad disc would behave like that, but worth a try.
What are you playing it back with?

Does it rip ok?
If so, it's not a bad disc.

It's not a bad disc then, you have a player issue.
Convert it to .MKV with eac3to.exe and play it back with MPC-HC or Zoomplayer. Much better than PoxerDVD.

Nope. Mines a Socket 939. I bought **just** before the AM2 came out.

Sounds like your PC is too slow. Are you using Hardware Accel (which I hate, but I have an overclocked quadcore)? You'll need it for those IMAX scenes.
