In the movie "Schindler's List", Schindler is shown socialising with the very brutal commandant of one of the Nazi concentration camps. This commandant enjoyed the torture and murder of the inmates. He had a young Jewish girl that was forced to work as a servant in his houshold. He routinely beat and terrorized this young girl. At one point, when they were alone, Schindler spoke words of hope and encouragement to this frightened Jewish girl. At this point, I am not sure, but I believe she was one of the people that Schindler was able to save. Also in this household was the young daughter of the camp commandant.
I heard a short interview with this Jewish girl on the American public radio network (PBS). She and the camp commandant's daughter are still alive and they were brought together for a meeting recently. A film was made about these two women and their meeting as part of PBS's POV (Point Of View) series. The film is entitled "Inheritance" and it is scheduled to show next week. I think the date was Dec 10, but dates may vary in different parts of the country.
This has the potential to be a great human and historic interest story and I am lookiing forward to seeing it.

f*cking Nazi's. ANYONE who thinks that every life is precious and should be spared has obviously not examined the atrocities the nazis inflicted upon humans during their reign of terror. How much stronger than we are those souls which survived that nightmare.

Don't ignore what others have done, and in just as significant numbers, too, after WW2.
