Barco BG800: pictures fedes out enlarging

Hi all,
my BG800 has a problem, the picture fades out enlarging and loosing focus, then, randomly, diasappears or returns to normal size and focus.
During this event, the convergence is OK, and I can hear the hiss of HV fading out, occording to the enlarging picture.
No scan fail LED on, no led on in the EHT board, no led on on the HDeflection board (on this board the little red led is always very dimly lit).
I try to swap the quadrupler, and the problem remained the same.
The unit is old, and for a long period was unused.

Anyone can help me?

CHances are the EHT board is bad. I have them for cheap.
