I would like to try the pc control to my projector. Do I have to build the cable according to the pins information? My soldering skill is poor. Where can I buy the control cable?

I don't think you can buy the cable anywhere. However the PC control software does not do anything that the remote can't do.(as far as I know)

The PC control software can download data from system board and D-con board for backup just in case something mess up those data or reload the data after boards swap. Thats I'm gonna to do.

Ricky you can take the schematic from the manual to any electronics shop and have a cable made for very little money, but if you only want to save software settings they can be written down as you build or adjust each block....unless you have a LOT of blocks it will take very little time. remember,-any hardware adjustments will invalidate all previous software data you have saved.

Yeah, I think I will write down all those data for back up.
