OK guys, need some input: I have a customer that wants to buy a Barco 909 from me. He has a very high end Pioneer laserdisc player, a Sony MUSE decoder (seen here: http://home.q03.itscom.net/nsa/muse.htm), and a Mac 136 processor (can't find anything online about this piece).

I want to get him the best signal source setup. Apparently the MUSE has RGBHV outputs. Would it be better to further process the MUSE through another processor, leave the MUSE out of the loop completely, or not bother with another processor? I was thinking something like the DVDO VP30/50.

The Muse decoder is a High Defintion Version of laser disc used in Japan, the units useualy sell for a couple thousand dollars, I hear the pic quality is really really good. I always wanted one but they are hard to find. I think one was for sale over on the AVS for sale forum.
