Has anyone else not been able to get their remote to work? In the stick for this box, I read that buttons 0-3 switch inputs but I've pressed about every button on my remote and it doesn't seam to do anything. The only thing that happens is the HDIM0 light flashes. ANd when I press button "A" the screen turns pinkish. I have to press button "B" to get it back to normal. Other than that, no buttons seam to do much. Maybe I'm just a complete idiot (which I'm actually hoping, because that means the problem is simple, and I'll get to have one of those "oooooooooooh" moments xD)

What I have done for the last 6 months (whenever I have this problem, which is quite often) is to unplug the power supply for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Then the remote works (for a while) until I have to do it again.

uh-oh, sounds like I may be in trouble then :\ I've been having trouble with the box in general and so it's been disconnected from the power at least a couple of times, and when I hook it back up, the remote does the same thing. I guess it isn't really a big deal as my setup revolves around my computers display (2405FPW) and so everything is easily reached, but when I inevitably get a larger display for my home "theater" system, I'll have to be able to use the remote. I guess I could contact moome about this, as it seams a simple enough issue. But still, if anyone else reading has an idea, pitch it at me no matter how simple it may seam. Thanks

William, I noticed this box doesn't have an on/off switch like the EXT-HD. You've found it ok to leave it powered on 24/7 for many months?

Gino;
Mine (the pre-production model) has been continuously powered on since November. No worries mate.
William
