I tried this once a few month's back on my 42" RPTV. Well staring at the 153 point alignment grid at 4 am and trying to get things right is not a good thing to do. I had the left side of the screen bowed. So I ran the HTPC into the DVI input and used the NEC monitor test program to generate a patern. In just about 30 minute's I had the 1080i looking incredible! I played a Nascar clip in HD from a couple of weekend's ago and it looked so 3D. You could almost smell the overpriced beer.

So if you have a RPTV sitting around, google the key press to get into the serivce menu and have at it. First write every setting down. Go slow.

After setting up and Ampro this RCA was too easy. Thumbs Up

Yeah old people are like that. My G/F's father's old RCA set had the blue knocked out by 3/8" and he wouldn't let me touch it. Rolling Eyes
