Just curious, what’s shrinking or expanding over time to increase the pressure? I know the glycol will expand with heat, but you would think if that’s all it is, this problem would occur shortly out of the box wouldn’t it?

Jim, Glycol is hydroscopic, (I think that's what it's called), and it absorbs moisture over time thus increasing the volume.
As long is there is any bubble visible, you are not at the breaking point

Actually, it's hydrophilic or hygroscopic.
Yes, bleed those tubes, especially the P16's!!

My AVS post re bleeding tubes:
Here are some quicktime files that show the bleeding process on an AC tube.
You will need Quicktime 7 or a current version of VLC to play them (h.264). They have no audio.
How to bleed a CRT tube (videos)
The file is hosted on Rapidshare. See instructions for downloading here:
A quick and painless step by step that explains how Rapidshare works and how to quickly download files from Rapidshare links.
Begin by simply clicking the link or by copying the link into your web browser.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Press the FREE button to start the download.
Upon click the FREE button, a second, similar page will load.
Scroll down to the bottom of the second page.
Find the download counter; you must wait until the counter finishes before the download will begin.
After waiting for the counter to finish or by using the trick, a third page will appear.
Scroll down to the bottom of the third page.
The file name will appear with a code to begin the download. Enter the code exactly the way it is provided and click the link to begin the download. This will prompt you to save the file.

What if the glass chamber of the glycol is a normal glass that can be bought in any store? (My broken when doing the cleaning of fungi)

Fix it with an Avisynth inverse map.

I also have a tube with broken glass on my bench atm
I really should have known better, since the tube bleeding tutorial is my own work, haha.
The tube was sitting on a shelf, and not installed in a PJ, so it's not really a big deal.
