I'm still trying to get more content to add to my "You Suck" thread.
So if you think you've got a good setup. Post some pics here. It's great for morale and sharing ideas.

Empty basement.
Arli popping in 60 amp 220 service to the theater.
WHAT A MESS!
The man of the hour in this project.

Oh Lord, if only I had that basement to work with. Mine is divided down the center with support posts under the center beam. Makes for a very narrow theater area. I just couldn't spend the funds to finish the basement so I tacked up dark blue cloth all the way around the perimeter of the theater area, threw down three recliners and a rocker and a chunk of carpet, built a riser for the back row and away we go.
I'm pretty proud of the screen I built, but dangit, I wish I could do it up right. I've got the old sony still hung from the ceiling and the Marquee sitting on a perch I built for it on the floor. There's no way I'd have the headroom for the marquee with such low ceilings, but when it's dark and the movie starts we forget what a holy mess we have around us, except for when my husband starts the washing machine right before a movie.

Hehe, sweet, it's time for Ken to start the magic show.
The twins getting ready to get put in place.
The make shift platform that Arli and I made to get them to the ceiling.
That thing was SCARY!!!!!!!
One G90 UP!!!!!!!
Cliff, don't talk to me right now, I'm in deep thought.
They are up!!!!!!!!
A repeat of the first classic.
