7. Mix the ink with the glycol in the plastic container using a drop counter you can buy it at your local pharmacy.


The drop counter used to accurately measure the amount of ink needed during mixing

8. In the red glycol you need 10 drops or 0,5gr red ink, and in the green glycol you need 3 drops or 0.15gr green ink. This measurement is for 1.5dl glycol, that’s the amount in the BG808s glycol chambers. For the green I used standard green ink and for the red I used Lexmark printer ink (magenta).

Note: To amounts of ink mentioned above were figured out by building test chambers that were used to measure the colour density.
