Steps:
1. Strip the tube of all electronic parts as that’s the best way to do
it. If you don’t want to strip the electronic parts, you have to be very
careful so you don’t spill any glycol on the deflection unit or other
electronic parts as glycol is extremely corrosive.

2. Clean the tube and open the refill opening on top of the tube, it’s very
important to clean it around the refill opening.
3. When the tube is clean and there is no risk of dirt falling into the
glycol, remove the four screws and remove the frame that holds the rubber seal
in place.
4. Then lean the tube over to one side over a clear plastic container and
loosen the rubber seal to drain the glycol.

5. If the rubber seal is removed without leaning the tube to the side the
glycol will spill over the tube, because the glycol chamber is very full.
6. Let the tube drain by leaving it on the plastic container for a few
minutes.
