I HAVE THE PJ MOUNTED 115" FROM A 88" WIDE SCREEN. I CAN'T A 16.0 PICTURE TO FILL THE SCREEN. THE SIZE IS SET TO 100 %. I ALSO CAN'T GET THE KEYSTONE TO COME IN. IT DOESN'T WORK ON THE REMOTE. I UNDERSTAND I HAVE THE WRONG REMOTE RC6011. SHOULD BE RC 6320, WHICH IS SCREWING ME UP. MOST OF THE FUNCTIONS OPERATE ON THE RC6011. IF I CAN'T GET THE KEYSTONE RIGHT , EVERYTHING ELSE IS F*** AS WELL. EVEN STILL, WHAT GIVES WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THE SIZE. ID HAS HD8 LENSES WITH NO FOCUS RINGS.. MAYBE SOMEONE HAS BEEN SCREWING WITH SOMETHING INSIDE. LOOKING FOR HELP FROM SOME OF THE NEC EXPERTS.
PLEASE.

That remote will work fine. Does the side pincushion work? It would be strange for the key not to work, but the pin being fine.

Runco modded the 991 and took off the stock lenses and put on HD8s with continious scheimpflug adjustments. One mod that RUnco did that worked well..Smile

I DON'T SEE A SIDE PIN ADJUSTMENT, ONLY V AND H. BOTH WORK. THE V KEYSTONE WORKS BUT NOT THE H. I CANNOT ACCESS RGB GAIN AS WELL AS SEVERAL OTHER FUNCTIONS. BUT WHAT GIVES WITH THE SIZE. EVEN AT 130" I CANNOT FILL THE 88" WIDE SCREEN. ALSO, EVERY TIME I TURN IT ON IT HAS AN ALL WHITE PICTURE, I PUSH END ON THE REMOTE AND IT DISPAYS.. IT IS IN THE " ALL WHITE MODE" WHEN FIRST TURNED ON. I HAVE NOT USED THIS FEATURE YET.

Nobody is going to want to help if you keep yelling at us Very Happy

You need to turn the warm up screen off.

You need to read the manual too.

Deron.

Sorry, I didn't mean to offend. I am just naturally lazy and inept when it comes to typing. I printed out all of Curt"s NEC instructions, and they are quite helpfull. Thanks Curt. Problem is, I may be missing something obvious, or maybe there is something wrong with this thing. I can usually follow instructions and get these things working, but this is starting to get on my nerves. But no way will I go digital. I know you guys can get me working.

I'm going to suggest you have a problem with the system, wave or osc board. It makes no sense that pin controls work but keystone doesn't. I'd send in all of the boards in the card cage on the right side (floor mounted, looking from teh back) to be tested in a working set. One or more of those boards might be bad.
