Well here are some pics of the finished paint job on the case. I am hopeing to remove the G70 next weekend and get her installed!

Also after refilling the glycol, how long does it normally take for the air bubbles to leave the glycol? Or did I screw up refiling...

Interesting colour scheme Smile Was it done to match your HT or you just like red?

way cool, it looks even better in those colors that the G70 did and reminds me of an old muscle car with a Blacked out hood. Looks like you also did it right and masked off the labels and such, which is how I like to do it. Thumbs Up

don't worry, the bubles will disappear soon after you warm up the PJ and run it for a few hours.

I have its twin. Except that the sides on mine are painted a bright colonial blue...flat, not gloss or satin.

It matches the wall color exactly. It's from the same can of paint.

Well I got the Marquee installed and calibrated over the weekend, and it looks awesome. I am feeding it 1080p60 from my lumagen, and it is resolving the windows desktop very well. The best part is I have perfect geometry and a square grid Very Happy

I must say that after calibrating the Marquee is that it is a very well laid out software system, and very user friendly. I want to tweak the Astig, Focus, and convergence a bit more, then I will get some screenshots. Overall it was a worth while upgrade Thumbs Up
