The recent thread about the Super Bowl has inspired me!
I still have the runco pair. 1 is setup on a cart.
What i'd like to do is to have a rough (ghetto) setup if you will that will allow me to watch the 500 in BIG SCREEN HD GLORY! 
The problem is this pj is whippin my A**!
I cant get it to sync on a picture.
So what i'm hoping is to post here over the next couple of weeks the issues (w/ Pics ) of whats going on. If a few of you NEC guru's can pitch in w/ a little advice. I'lll have that baby projecting HD onto a sheet of white countertop material by the time they call out "Gentlemen....Start your Engines"
What i have so far.....
1. A Runco 991. Setup on a metal rolling cart.
2. An NEC Switcher, w/ cards.
3. A moome Nec DVI card.
4. An HD Fury.
5. A Dishnet HD DVR.
6. A Sony BR Player
7. A Denon upscaling dvd player.
What i need.
A cheep Surround receiver
and cheep speakers.
I think i tried this type of thing last year only to be sidetracked.....no sidetracking this year.
Tonight when i get home i'll post what the pj's message is thats giving me agita!
Feb 17 is my goal Day!!!!

Getting stuff set up should be a weekend project, so I don't see why having it up and running by the Daytona should be a problem!
So, you don't have any sort of HT set up at all? Are your Runcos just sitting in a corner or something? For a year?
