I have a E-home 3000 crt projector.
it has to slot.
slot zero only have two video input .but the picture was not satisfied with me.
slot one have two 9-pin connections
the first is 9-pin male: and below it ,mark: 'input'
the second is 9-pin female: and above it,mark: monitor

I want connect my dvd-player with the projector via VGA(15pin) connector.

but i failed.

please tell me:
is the 9-pin male the VGA input? and how to connect to the VGA(15pin)?

i made a 9-pin to 15pin convertor :

9-Pin 15-Pin
Red Video 1 1
Green Video 2 2
Blue Video 3 3
Horizontal Sync 4 13
Vertical Sync 5 14
Red GND\\ 6 6
Green GND 7 7
Blue GND 8 8
Sync GND 9 10 + 11


but it doesn't work!! WHy

Hello

That is likely a very old TTL input card that does not support VGA; you need to remove it and locate an RGBHV card, type 800913 for example.

If its an Electrohome and Tim says you need a card, get a card.
