The tape looks nice, but at $53 (with shipping) for 3" x 35' it ought to be!!

Duvetyne type is supposed to be great for frame borders. You can get it a lot cheaper, e.g. http://www34.pair.com/harrison/thetapeworks.com/PT82.htm -- $19.48 (with shipping) for 3" x 30'.
