Question I have a G90 going through a old ROCK + and standard DVD player. It's time to move up to HDDVD, Bluray, PS3. I just ordered a Moome Hd board with Gamma and want to know how to cable it. I am currently using a high quality RGBHV 5 BNC cable from the Rock to the G90. I have a Toshiba HDDVD player and figure I need to go from the HD player(s) to the G90/moome input with a HDMI cable instead of the RGBHV...right? The G90 is calibrated for 1080 passthrough the ROCK+. Will I have to Recalibrate the projector after inputing on "B" slot (moome card) with the new HDMI cable? I'm asking this because if I need a HDMI cable, I want to get it on order. 15' long. Thanks for any help for an old guy with little tech knowledge.

Yes, you'll need an HDMI cable. When you plug the Moome card into the B slot, the G90 will effectively have an HDMI input. You'll run the HDMI cable directly from your PS3/etc to the G90.

I assume the G90 is in Malibu, and not in WY? Smile (Too bad, I'd almost drive 370 miles to see a G90!)

Very Happy Thanks Gary. I figured I did. It's just more work to run a new cable, but if I get the HD results with HD Players, it will be worth it. Will I have to recalibrate the Projector going through the B slot on the G90? I was also thinking about a Lumagen for other DVDs but probably dont need it (right?) for a Bluray, HDDVD player. At $1400 for the less expensive lumagen it is a small investment to get 1080P. Any thoughs on this? ...from anyone?
