Hello

I just purchased the GREEN version of HDFury, and tried to connect it with my barco 701 via the 5 bnc. It does not work.'Evil or Very Mad'
Have no image at all. sometimes, i have a red signal a fraction of second.

My source is a dvd player denon with hdmi or dvi output. can upscale to 720 or 1080 on the denon.

what is wrong? do I need to apply a certain frequency on the barco? just do not understand. tried hdmi cable and dvi. none work.

thanks for your help

The 701 will do 1080i at both 50 and 60 Hz, at least, don't know if it can do 720p, however, the 701S can. But probably best to start with 480p (progresive NTSC), or 576p (progresive PAL), just to be sure.

First: You do have the proper length of the HDMI/DVI cable going to the Fury, right?

If not, use one.

Second: You need to use RGB with composite sync. In your case the cheapest way is using a BNC-T connector (a 75 Ohm one) to connect the Vertical and Horizontal sync.

Third: You need to tell the PJ to use the proper input, that would be the RGB input, and not any of the component or svideo, etc.
