The ability to articulate and communicate well or the lack there of has no bearing on the transaction. SeaHawk expressed himself well enough to get the point across. Why are you making Seahawk's less than perfect communication skills the issue and ignoring the real issue?
Doug has responded and it looks like Seahawk will finally get his refund so this is a closed case as far as that is concerned.

Think this has went on far enough. There is no reason to kill the spirit of this forum and turn it into a clothesline. Seahawks was paid yesterday and I don't want to see others get into it over the sport of it now with my name at the top. Thanks, Doug

Cool Doug! It looks like Seabird had to go thru public ridicule by certain forum members to get his money back, but in the end, the squeaky wheel got the grease.
See there Greg, even though you don't approve of these threads (not really sure why they need your approval), they tend to be very effective. Would Seabird have gotten his money back if he had handled this thru PM and e-mail? In my opinion, probably not. That route hadn't worked up to this point. The "Chief" thread worked, and now, so has this thread.
Let's not hear anymore complaints about how these threads are bad for the forum.
PS: Doug, if you want to avoid this in the future, you need to get in tighter with joust. He took care of his bud CJ in this thread. If he liked you more he would have took care of you too.

Personally I think anyone who just joins, jumps into the forum and starts off a first post by bitching at the hard-core regulars around here needs to go buy a digital and quit tainting our CRT community with bad blood..in other words, shut the HELL up, Luckylad! And seahawks, now that you have youre money back, enjoy life, and the fact that most likely nobody here will be interested in dealing with you, unless they KNOW there is no way for a glitch in the deal to happen. CRT is a tough hobby without the support of this community...
We all managed to go for quite awhile since this forum started without BS like this. Things this serious should be left to private communication, instead of trying to put others to public shame for their own personal satisfaction. The irony of it all is that Doug didn't get his name wrecked , a bonus that Seahawks would have loved I bet. The only ones who have put their names to majority public shame here are Seahawks and Luckylad.
